Terms of Service

By booking with Red Sea Rides, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Booking and Passenger Requirements

  • All bookings are final: no changes, cancellations, or refunds.

  • An email booking receipt is required for departure.

  • Passengers must arrive at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

2. Shared Transfers

  • Shared transfers depart on time. Late passengers cannot be accommodated. Shared transfers do not wait for delayed flights. Missed transfers are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable.

  • Shared transfers pick up and drop off at the designated locations only.

  • A shared minivan may be replaced by a shared sedan for up to 3 passengers if necessary.

  • Pets and child seats are not permitted on shared transfers.

3. Private Transfers

  • Private transfers operate on a fixed scheduled pickup time.

  • Delays caused by late arrival more than 60 minutes must be communicated by passengers. Failure to do so may result in loss of service without refund.

  • Pets and child seats are not permitted on private transfers.

4. Baggage Allowance (Included)

  • Shared rides: Each passenger is allowed 1 carry-on and 1 personal item free of charge.

  • Private rides: Baggage is free and must fit in the the vehicle type selected.

  • All rides: Strollers, sports equipment, and oversized baggage are not included.

5. Extra Items and Additional Fees

  • Please select the total number of extra items at the time of booking.

  • If you arrive with more items than specified, transport cannot be guaranteed.

  • If we are able to transport additional items, an extra fee will apply, payable in cash to the driver in exact change (EGP, USD, or EUR).

6. Custom Transfers

  • Pets and child seats may be requested for custom transfers only, subject to availability and confirmation at booking.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree that RedSeaRides.com acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting passengers with independent, third-party drivers and does not provide transportation services. All transportation services are provided by such independent drivers, who are solely responsible for the performance of the transfer, including safety, timing, vehicle condition, licensing, and compliance with applicable laws.

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RedSeaRides.com, its owners, operators, and staff shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with any booking or transfer. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
